Role of Convention Travels
Convention Travels coordinates travel services and may act through hotels, wholesalers, transportation providers, or other disclosed suppliers. The contracting and payment structure will be stated in the proposal or booking record.
Quotes and approvals
Availability and price can change until confirmed. The client is responsible for reviewing traveler names, dates, property, total cost, restrictions, and cancellation terms before written approval.
Supplier terms
Hotel and supplier rules form part of each booking. Convention Travels cannot override a supplier’s inventory, operational decisions, refund rules, or force-majeure provisions.
Fees and compensation
Applicable service fees, travel costs, supplier charges, and material supplier compensation will be described before booking. Payment timing and credit terms require written approval.
