Booking-specific rules control
Every quote should state the relevant cancellation deadline, penalty schedule, deposit status, and whether a rate is refundable. Those written supplier terms control the travel component.
Change requests
A request is not complete until Convention Travels or the identified supplier confirms it in writing. Requests received near a deadline may not be processed before the supplier applies a charge.
Service fees
The proposal or statement of work will state whether a Convention Travels fee is refundable, credited, or earned at a defined milestone.
Disputes
Contact support promptly with the confirmation number, traveler name, requested resolution, and supporting documents so the booking trail can be reviewed.
